In response to the regular requests for advice when interacting with angry or confused neighbors, a group of us representing the Louisiana Native Plant Society put together this Communication Toolkit for Native Gardeners. This resource offers some practical talking points to use in preparation for an interaction or in the heat of the moment. It was a great challenge to be able to apply conflict resolution strategies learned during my counseling days to this unfortunately very common situation. I also had a blast designing the infographics and overall layout.
